        "content": "<p>Mount Arjuno in East Java was hit by another forest and land fire on\nFriday (16 October) night. The incident was captured in an amateur video\nby a member of the public and widely shared on social media.<\/p>\n<p>The footage shows a long stretch of reddish flames burning along the\nslopes of Arjuno. The fire was also clearly visible from the Malang toll\ngate.<\/p>\n<p>Satriyo Nurseno, head of the emergency and logistics division at the\nEast Java Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), confirmed that the\nfire had broken out on Mount Arjuno.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[The forest and land fire] is on Mount Arjuno,\u201d Satriyo told\nCNNIndonesia.com when asked to confirm the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Satriyo said it was not yet known exactly when the fire first started\nor how much land on Mount Arjuno had been affected.<\/p>\n<p>He added that teams from the Tahura (Grand Forest Park) and BPBD\npersonnel had set off for the site to fight the fire.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Tahura team has already moved out, and BPBD personnel are also\nheading to the location,\u201d he said.<\/p>",
