        "content": "<p>Motorola sells new cellular<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): United States telecommunications equipment giant<br>\nMotorola launched here on Tuesday the latest series in its line<br>\nof mobile phone products.<\/p>\n<p>The company said that the new cellular phone, weighing about<br>\n83 grams, was the smallest Global System for Mobile<br>\nCommunications mobile phone.<\/p>\n<p>Motorola's regional operations manager for Indonesia, Thailand<br>\nand Indochina, Robert Van Tillburg, said that aside from using<br>\nthe phone to make calls, the new V-series 3688 could also<br>\nfunction as a personal organizer and provide access to mobile<br>\nbanking, mobile e-commerce and information on demand.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the new phone would be available this month<br>\nthrough all of Motorola's authorized dealers in Indonesia and<br>\nwould be priced at about Rp 9 million (about US$1,000) per unit.<\/p>\n<p>Motorola's corporate country manager for Indonesia, Andy<br>\nCobham, said that Motorola planned to launch another new product<br>\nin another three to six months.
