Jakarta would do well to take a<br>\nlesson from Hanoi.<\/p>\n<p>Indonesia prides itself on being one of the most progressive<br>\nSoutheast Asian nations, yet motorcycle racing is allowed to<br>\nterrorize the main roads of Jakarta, putting all who use the<br>\nstreets in peril.
