Nurizal said<br>\nyesterday that the election abstainers could reach 75 percent.<br>\nEleven percent of the 500 respondents to the questionnaire said<br>\nthey had not yet registered for polling day and another 28<br>\npercent said they were doubtful of their choices.<\/p>\n<p>Of the students who will use their right to vote, 34 percent<br>\nwill vote for the United Development Party (PPP), 32 percent for<br>\nthe dominant Golkar and only 4 percent will vote for the<br>\nIndonesian Democratic Party (PDI), while 21.5 percent refused to<br>\ndisclose their affiliation.
