Juanda needs to make more<br>\ncounters available for consumers to pay their monthly telephone<br>\nbills, so that they need not wait for hours to take care of their<br>\nbusiness.<\/p>\n<p>I came three times on three consecutive days only to find more<br>\nand more people crowding the counter. The bank&apos;s officials had a<br>\ndifficult time serving all the people, and this made them lose<br>\ntheir friendly attitude towards the impatient customers.<\/p>\n<p>I would like to suggest that PT Telkom appoint more banks to<br>\nbe in charge of collecting telephone bills to avoid such a<br>\nsituation.
