        "content": "<p>More parties file complaints with court<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: More political parties and candidates of the Regional<br>\nRepresentatives Council (DPD) filed complaints with the<br>\nConstitutional Court on Thursday over the results of the<br>\nlegislative election announced by the General Elections<br>\nCommission (KPU) on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>By 6 p.m. on Thursday, the court had registered complaints<br>\nfrom the Prosperous Justice Party (PDS), the New Indonesia<br>\nAlliance Party (PPIB) and the Democratic Party as well as DPD<br>\ncandidates Kemala Motik from Jakarta, Steven Kusumanegara from<br>\nSouth Sumatra and Jufri Liputo from Gorontalo.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the complaints, however, were rejected for<br>\nadministrative reasons, including lack of evidence.<\/p>\n<p>Constitutional Court chief Jimly Asshidiqie said on Thursday<br>\nthat the court would accept complaints only until 1:55 p.m. on<br>\nSaturday. -- JP<\/p>",
