        "content": "<p>More complaints <br>\nabout toll roads<\/p>\n<p>From Media Indonesia<\/p>\n<p>During peak hours in the afternoon, when traffic is heavy on <br>\nthe Tegal Parang flyover, toll roads in the city are considerably <br>\ncongested, causing traffic jams as far as Hotel Maharaja and the <br>\nintersection between Jl. Kuningan and Jl. Gatot Subroto. This has <br>\nhappened for quite a while.<\/p>\n<p>The jams are caused by cars crossing the road from Jl. Arteri <br>\nto the Kuningan II toll gate, thus blocking the traffic to Arteri <br>\nand the lane leading to the toll gate.<\/p>\n<p>In order to overcome the congestion, PT Jasa Marga (the state <br>\nroad construction company) should assign officials to guard the <br>\ndividing lane between the roads to Arteri and to the Kuningan II <br>\ntoll gate.<\/p>\n<p>The public has complained about toll road congestion and <br>\ninferior service, while road users have to pay increased rates.<\/p>\n<p>THAMRIN THALIB<br>\nJakarta<\/p>",
