        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2014 PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk. (IATA) has agreed to change\nits name and reshuffle its management board. The decision was approved\nduring the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on 22 June\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>The RUPST approved the resignation of Santi Paramita from her\nposition as Commissioner, Henry Suparman from his position as Deputy\nPresident Director, and Anthony Putra Tjiptodihardjo from his position\nas Director. The company also honourably dismissed Andrea Frans Tambunan\nfrom his position as Director in connection with another assignment\nwithin the IATA group.<\/p>\n<p>The MNC Group entity then approved and appointed Christian as the new\nDirector of IATA.<\/p>\n<p>During the RUPST, IATA shareholders also approved amendments to\nseveral articles of the company\u2019s articles of association, including\nchanging the company\u2019s name from PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk. to PT\nKarya Pacific Energy Tbk. (or another name subject to approval from the\nMinistry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia).<\/p>\n<p>Management stated that the name change was carried out to strengthen\nthe company\u2019s identity, enhance alignment with the company\u2019s vision and\nstrategy, and support the company\u2019s position before stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the change of the company\u2019s controller was approved,\nfrom previously PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk. (BHIT) to PT Karya Pacific\nInvestama (KPI), as a result of the completion of the IATA share\nacquisition transaction by KPI conducted through a voluntary tender\noffer mechanism, in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations\nin the Indonesian capital market.<\/p>\n<p>Following the conclusion of the RUPST, the latest composition of\nIATA\u2019s Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Board of Commissioners<\/p>\n<p>President Commissioner (Independent): Irjen Pol (Purn) Drs.
