They plan to invest 1.1 billion yen. The<br>\nventure will start offering pager services in January, initially<br>\nin Jakarta and two other cities, using Indonesia's communications<br>\nsatellite.<\/p>\n<p>It aims to have 340,000 subscribers in 20 cities by 2004.<\/p>",
