\nin related businesses.<\/p>\n
Samudera is also involved in other transportation sectors,
\nincluding oil and petrochemicals, giving it a bigger base in the
\nocean transportation business.<\/p>\n
It has a staff of 3,000 employees, a fleet of 55 ships and
\nequipment of the latest technology. In the department of customer
\nsatisfaction, Samudera staff are made up of highly skilled
\nprofessionals and disciplined employees.<\/p>\n
According to Randy, the company's staff are trained both
\nlocally and overseas. To give better service, Samudera has opened
\n30 local and international branches.<\/p>\n
As a successful and experienced maritime business, Samudera
\nhas achieved international success, including ISO 20002, IMO\/ISM
\nCode certification. The company says that the challenges of
\nglobalization should not hinder Samudera. \"At a time when people
\nare busy with the globalization issue, we have already gone one
