        "content": "<p>Missing Ugandan back to school<\/p>\n<p>YOGYAKARTA: A Ugandan student who went missing for over a<br>\nmonth from Gadjah Mada University is now back at the campus to<br>\nresume his studies.<\/p>\n<p>Kasozi Ismael Lubega, a postgraduate student on a scholarship<br>\nunder the South-South cooperation program, had been absent since<br>\nAug. 6, the Antara news agency reported.<\/p>\n<p>Lubega was spotted by a staff member of the Ministry of<br>\nEducation and Culture in Jakarta early this week. The ministry<br>\nofficial, who met with Lubega last year, recognized the Ugandan<br>\nand persuaded him to return to Yogyakarta to resume his studies.<\/p>\n<p>Lubega, according to Gadjah Mada rector's assistant Sofyan<br>\nEfendi, apparently found the pressure of study too much,<br>\nespecially given his lack of knowledge of the Indonesian<br>\nlanguage. So he decided to spend some time in Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>He was reported missing because he took off for Jakarta<br>\nwithout notifying university authorities. (emb)<\/p>",
