Miss Universe 1993 due here tomorrow<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Dayanara Torres, Miss Universe 1993 of Puerto
\nRico, is scheduled to arrive here tomorrow for a five-day visit
\nduring which she will take part in a number of social activities.<\/p>\n
Dayanara's visit is at the invitation of Kim Thong Bridal
\nHouse, the Indonesian Stroke Foundation and PT Emerald
\nReksagemilang. She will attend a fashion show at the Shangri-La
\nHotel on May 26 and on May 27 will participate in the 17th
\nanniversary celebration of Kim Thong Bridal House at the Emerald
\nHotel.<\/p>\n
The fashion show, entitled "Style of Love Haute Couture
\nFashion Show", will be held in cooperation with Indonesian Stroke
\nFoundation, to which the funds raised from the show will be
\ndonated.<\/p>\n
"I have designed a traditional Indonesian dress especially for
\nDanayana to wear on stage," Kim Thong of Kim Thong Bridal House
\nsaid yesterday.<\/p>\n
Dayanara is also scheduled to visit the Astro Cafe in the
\nJakarta Trade Mart Building, Cipto Mangunkusumo general hospital,
\nPT Mustika Ratu's cosmetics factory, Bintaro Jaya housing complex
\nin South Jakarta and the Right Place Discotheque at the Emerald
\nHotel.<\/p>\n
"Social activities always follow every Miss Universe visit to
\nany country," said Felix Robert of PT Emerald Reksagemilang.<\/p>\n
On May 28, prior to Dayanara's departure, the celebrity will
\nbe given a farewell dinner at the Arirang Korean Barbeque
