Raya Bogor, Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta early Friday<br>\nmorning.<\/p>\n<p>The incident took place at 2 a.m. as the vehicle, driven by<br>\nOtoy, 32, was about to make a U-turn in front of the Khong Guan<br>\nbiscuit factory.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses were unable to explain the cause of the accident.<br>\nThey said the driver suddenly lost control and the minivan<br>\ncrashed into the river swollen by heavy rainfall, Antara<br>\nreported.<\/p>\n<p>Onlookers who rushed to the site found Otoy unconscious. He<br>\nwas rushed to a nearby hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Police required a crane to hoist the minivan from the river.<br>\n(hhr)<\/p>",
