        "content": "<p>Minister of Manpower Yassierli, in a statement in Jakarta on\nSaturday, said that it is being implemented through a digital service\ntransition from National Internship or MagangHub to KarirHub, under the\nSIAPkerja ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough this transition, they not only just complete a learning\nprogram at a company but are instead directed to a fully integrated job\nmarket platform with thousands of trusted job openings,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Through KarirHub, he said, MagangHub alumni can directly enter their\nportfolios and real-world experiences gained during their internships\ninto their professional profiles.<\/p>\n<p>The job matching system on KarirHub automatically matches the\nalumni\u2019s competencies with the specific needs of recruiting\ncompanies.<\/p>\n<p>He added that to expand the workforce, the ministry has also\nintegrated this system with various leading private job portals such as\nGlints, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, as well as KitaLulus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe experiences during an internship are a very valuable selling\npoint for companies,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cParticipation in this National Internship has been proven to\nincrease the opportunities for young talent to be noticed by\nprofessional recruiters, expand communication access with various\nnational-scale companies, and also simplify the whole process of job\napplication,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The process transition to KarirHub can be completed through the\nSIAPkerja ecosystem on the official website\nhttps:\/\/karirhub.kemnaker.go.id\/.
