Jakarta — The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)
targets disbursement of financing for medium enterprises amounting to
Rp70 billion through the Accelerating Capital Resources for Medium
Enterprises (ACCES) 2026 program. Deputy Minister Helvi Moraza, quoted
in a Jakarta press release on Friday, said the program is part of the
government’s efforts to broaden access to financing and investment for
medium-sized businesses so they are more competitive and capable of
moving up a level. ‘Medium enterprises are a bridge between micro and
small businesses and large corporations. This group creates added value,
jobs, and innovation, but still faces major challenges in access to
financing,’ Helvi said during the ACCES 2026 Kick-Off in Jakarta,
Thursday (21/5). She added that President Prabowo Subianto emphasised
the importance of MSMEs as the foundation of national economic strength
and as the engine for the birth of new large entrepreneurs in Indonesia.
ACCES 2026 offers an integrated scheme ranging from business profiling,
education, mentoring, to business matching with financing institutions.
Helvy noted that through this program, medium-sized entrepreneurs not
only gain access to funding, but are also prepared to be more eligible
for financing and more attractive to investors. Deputy for Medium
Enterprises at the Ministry of MSME Bagus Rachman added that the program
partners with 29 financial institutions, both banking and non-banking,
with the support of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). He stated
that in 2025 the ACCES program disbursed financing of Rp53.3 billion to
56 medium-sized entrepreneurs. In 2026, the disbursement target was
raised to Rp70 billion. In addition to broadening financing access, the
Ministry of MSMEs continues to strengthen the ecosystem through the
development of business clusters to increase the scale and capacity of
MSME players. Medium-sized entrepreneurs can register via the ACCES
Capital website at http://www.accescapital.id with the opportunity to
obtain funding up to Rp20 billion per business.
",
