        "content": "<p>Surabaya (ANTARA) - The Secretary of the Directorate General of Hajj\nServices at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Republic of Indonesia,\nAbdul Haris, stated that services at Hajj embarkation points have been\ncarried out in accordance with standard operational procedures through\nthe One Stop Service (OSS) system for the initial departure of the 2026\nHajj season. \u201cThe first services for pilgrims must be fully guaranteed.\nMost embarkation points have implemented the SOP we have set, namely\nOSS,\u201d said Abdul Haris after seeing off the first kloter of prospective\nHajj pilgrims at the Surabaya Hajj Embarkation Dormitory (AHES) in\nSurabaya, East Java, on Wednesday. He explained that the implementation\nof OSS is part of the government\u2019s readiness to ensure optimal services\nfor pilgrims from the initial departure stage at the embarkation points.\nMeanwhile, on Wednesday (22\/4), 11 embarkation points in Indonesia began\ndispatching their inaugural flight groups (kloters) of prospective Hajj\npilgrims. \u201cAlhamdulillah, today and partly last night or in the early\nhours, we have started the departure of the inaugural kloters at most\nembarkation points in Indonesia,\u201d he said. The government hopes, he\nadded, that the entire departure process will run smoothly in line with\nthe expectations of the President and the Minister of Hajj and Umrah.\n\u201cUsually, Hajj departures are accompanied by problems, including\nnon-Hajj visa pilgrims, which we have anticipated together with other\nstakeholders to prevent it from happening,\u201d he stated. In addition, for\nservices in Saudi Arabia, Haris assured that all needs of the pilgrims\nhave been prepared, from accommodation and transportation to meals. He\nadded that preparations for receiving pilgrims in Madinah have been\ncoordinated with on-site officials, including services from the airport\nto the hotel as well as health facilities. Regarding accommodation,\nHaris said, the government has prepared around 100 hotels in Madinah to\naccommodate Indonesian prospective Hajj pilgrims. Furthermore, he added,\nthe completeness of documents for prospective Hajj pilgrims in 2026 has\nbeen fulfilled, including visas and the Nusuk Card, which can now be\nreceived starting from the embarkation points. As for the distribution\nof the Nusuk Card, Haris said, it is supported by cooperation with two\ncompanies that have opened service offices in Indonesia to ensure smooth\ncard activation at every embarkation point. \u201cAlhamdulillah, this year\npilgrims receive all the required documents upon arrival, starting from\nvisas, including the Nusuk Card,\u201d he explained.<\/p>",
