        "content": "<p>The government assures that the selection process for managers of\nVillage\/Kelurahan Cooperatives (Kopdes\/kel) Merah Putih is carried out\nopenly and transparently. There are no practices of insider appointments\n(ordal) in the recruitment. Deputy Minister of Cooperatives Farida\nFarichah stated during a press conference at her office in Jakarta that\nthe selection process is handled by a national selection committee\n(Panselnas) involving several institutions, with primary coordination\nunder the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Body (BP BUMN) and\ntechnical implementation by the National Civil Service Agency (BKN).\n\u201cThere are none. It\u2019s guaranteed there are no insider appointments. If\nthere are people claiming there are appointments for a certain payment,\nthat\u2019s definitely a scam,\u201d Farida said on Friday, 8 May 2026. Regarding\nreports of disruptions to the computer-assisted test (CAT) system in the\ncooperative manager selection, which have been widely shared by test\nparticipants on social media, the Deputy Minister stated that these\nreports have been coordinated with BKN and Panselnas under the Ministry\nof State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB).\n\u201cReports from social media have been coordinated with BKN and also\nPanselnas under PAN-RB\u2026 further explanations will certainly be provided\nby BKN as the technical implementer,\u201d she said. The recruitment process\nfor Red and White Village\/Kelurahan Cooperative managers is currently in\nthe competency test stage, taking place from 3-12 May 2026. A total of\n483,648 applicants have passed the administrative selection and are\neligible to participate in this stage. The government has scheduled the\nannouncement of the final selection results on 7 June 2026.
