Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education is\ncommitted to ensuring the maximum utilization of Interactive Flat Panels\n(IFP)\/Interactive Digital Boards (PID) in classrooms by organizing\ntraining webinars for teachers.<\/p>\n
The initiative is part of efforts to accelerate digital\ntransformation in education through the optimization of IFPs that have\nbeen distributed to schools.<\/p>\n
Director General of Vocational Education, Special Education, and\nSpecial Services Education at the Ministry, Tatang Muttaqin, emphasized\nthe importance of aligning technology with future needs in Jakarta on\nSunday.<\/p>\n
\u201cInteractive Digital Boards must serve as a bridge for learning\ntransformation that is relevant to future needs and the world of work,\u201d\nhe said.<\/p>\n
Through the Self-Paced Training program on the GTK Rumah Pendidikan\nplatform, his office encourages teachers to use IFPs not merely as\ntechnological devices but as pedagogical tools capable of delivering\ninteractive, collaborative, and student-centered learning.<\/p>\n
\u201cThrough this training, teachers can access materials flexibly\nthrough the GTK Rumah Pendidikan platform using their belajar.id\naccounts. The training materials cover an introduction to IFP features,\ninteractive pedagogical strategies, and classroom implementation\npractices,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Director General of Teachers, Education Personnel, and Teacher\nEducation, Nunuk Suryani, stressed that digital transformation depends\non teachers\u2019 readiness and willingness to keep learning.<\/p>\n
\u201cEducational transformation begins with teachers who are adaptive and\ncommitted to continuous learning. Technology will have an impact when it\nis used to deliver student-centered learning,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
After completing all learning modules, she said, participants will\nreceive a Certificate of Training Topic Completion as proof of\nparticipation and program completion.<\/p>\n
She added that the training is designed with a primary focus on\nstrengthening teacher competencies, deepening understanding of IFP\nutilization practices, and providing concrete steps that can be taken to\ncreate real impact in the classroom.
