This initiative aligns with President Prabowo Subianto\u2019s vision\nemphasising the importance of youth collaboration in improving human\nresources quality. The government seeks to expand access to education\nservices and optimise regional potential to strengthen national\ncompetitiveness towards Advanced Indonesia.<\/p>\n
Minister of Basic and Secondary Education Abdul Mu\u2019ti stated that\nnational education must be present among society and provide solutions\nto various national problems. \u201cOur education must be grounded and\npresent among the people, capable of providing solutions to various\nchallenges. We want to build a generation that not only excels in global\nachievement but maintains strong integrity and nationalism as cadres of\nthe nation,\u201d Abdul Mu\u2019ti said when opening the Second Assembly of\nMuhammadiyah Youth in Bali.<\/p>\n
As implementation of the programme, Kemendikdasmen collaborates with\nvarious parties to deploy professionals and scholarship recipients to\nPapua, Maluku, and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). They are assigned to\nprovide digital education and technical support to students in remote\nareas.<\/p>\n
Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka emphasised the importance of\nstrengthening technology infrastructure in remote schools to reduce\neducational disparities. According to Gibran, the utilisation of modern\nlearning devices such as Interactive Flat Panels (IFP) or Digital\nInteractive Boards must continue to expand to reach Papua and NTT\nregions.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe want to ensure education programmes reach areas that have been\ndifficult to access. Digitalisation through modern educational tools\nmust be operatable and utilised maximally by teachers and students in 3T\nregions,\u201d he stressed.<\/p>\n
Beyond strengthening basic education digitalisation, the government\nalso focuses on developing advanced skills for secondary education\nstudents. This step is considered important to address global challenges\nwhilst utilising demographic dividends through improved youth\nproductivity.<\/p>\n
Through strengthened educational technology and cross-sectoral\ncollaboration, Kemendikdasmen targets equalising access to quality\neducation for all children of the nation.
