        "content": "<p>Ministry clarification<\/p>\n<p>In reference to the news report published in The Jakarta Post<br>\non April 10, 1996, entitled Court to hear Grogol overpass<br>\ncollapse case soon, the Ministry of Public Works would like to<br>\nmake the following correction:<\/p>\n<p>In compliance with the explanations given by the minister of<br>\npublic works at a one-day seminar on April 9, 1996, concerning<br>\nthe cooperation between Indonesia and Great Britain in the<br>\nconstruction field, the minister never said, as reported in the<br>\nPost, that: \"The supervisors, he said, are also guilty of lax<br>\ncontrol. The difficulty with a consortium, said Radinal, is that<br>\neach party may think the other has handled a problem.
