        "content": "<p>Serang \u2014 Indonesia\u2019s Minister for Human Development and Culture,\nPratikno, hopes that the movement of people during this year\u2019s Eid\nholiday can be distributed evenly and not concentrate only on the peak\nday.<\/p>\n<p>This statement was made by Pratikno following a coordination meeting\nand inspection of travel readiness at Merak Port, Cilegon City, Banten,\non Friday.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the extended holiday period is supported by\npolicies for consecutive weekends combined with flexible working\narrangements for civil servants, joint leave, the celebration of Nyepi\nDay, and Eid al-Fitr.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of flexible work schemes (working from anywhere)\nand adjustments to school schedules lasting until 30 March are expected\nto reduce congestion during both the outbound and return travel\nperiods.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding infrastructure and service readiness, the Minister assured\nthat all relevant parties have confirmed their preparedness. He noted\nthat many innovations have been introduced to the services this year to\nmaintain the high level of public satisfaction recorded in the previous\nyear.<\/p>\n<p>Despite thorough preparations, Pratikno emphasised the importance of\nanticipating unforeseen circumstances in the field, such as extreme\nweather conditions.<\/p>\n<p>He asked all stakeholders to continue collaborating, work\nresponsibly, and provide courteous service to travellers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is our collective work,\u201d he said. \u201cWe also urge the public to\nalways follow government regulations and instructions from officials in\nthe field, so that outbound and return travel can run safely,\ncomfortably, smoothly, and successfully.\u201d<\/p>",
