Amid the rapid currents of\nchanging times, the role of cultural preservation will become\nincreasingly relevant,\u201d said Fadli in a written statement on Wednesday\n(29\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>He elaborated that the management of museums and cultural heritage\nhas become increasingly crucial along with the growing public interest\nin historical and cultural education. The management of cultural\nheritage sites and museums also opens opportunities for the cultural\neconomy and creative industries, where the trend of public visits to\nmuseums is increasing every year, thus providing optimism for the\nsustainability of ancestral heritage preservation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTherefore, the management of museums and cultural heritage is not\nmerely administrative, but also part of the ecosystem for preserving\nhistory and national identity. And in that context, the existence of the\nBLU Supervisory Board becomes very strategic as a pillar of professional\ngovernance, strengthening accountability, and driving national\nindependence,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>He reaffirmed his commitment to safeguarding the Nusantara cultural\nheritage, in line with the mandate of Article 32 Paragraph 1 of the 1945\nConstitution. Under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto, the\nMinistry of Culture is committed to implementing the constitutional\nmandate, where museums and cultural heritage sites serve as the main\npillars for nurturing the nation\u2019s noble values.
