        "content": "<p>Palu (ANTARA) - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial\nPlanning\/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR\/BPN) Nusron Wahid stated\nthat Datokarama Palu State Islamic University (UIN) is one of the\nstrategic partners that can help survey uncertified land.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI came to Palu to invite the community and all components, including\nUIN Datokarama, to help survey uncertified land so that it can be\ncertified,\u201d said Nusron Wahid during his visit to the UIN Datokarama\nPalu campus on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that waqf lands that have not yet been certified through\nUIN can assist the certification process together with the local BPN, as\nan effort by the Indonesian government to provide legal certainty over\nland ownership for the community, in order to accelerate the improvement\nof public welfare.<\/p>\n<p>Through cooperation with State Islamic Higher Education Institutions\n(PTKIN), it is hoped that land certification can be accelerated through\nthe Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) programme.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is very important so that waqf lands do not become problems in\nthe future,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, waqf lands, including land for places of worship that have\nalready been AIW, should be continued to the National Land Agency (BPN)\nat the district\/city and provincial levels for certification.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo that waqf land has legal strength,\u201d said Nusron.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding this, Rector of UIN Datokarama Palu Prof Lukman Thahir\nstated that the involvement of students in this programme is a concrete\nform of community service, as part of the implementation of the three\npillars of higher education.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are ready to deploy a team. This is an opportunity for our\nstudents to learn while serving.
