        "content": "<p>Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning\/Head of the\nNational Land Agency (ATR\/BPN) Nusron Wahid has stated that the\ntransformation of land services requires commitment from all parties\ninvolved. \u201cThis requires political will from the National Land Agency,\nthe Indonesian Land Deed Officials Association (IPPAT), and regional\nheads. We share the same wave of thought, which is to make things easier\nfor the public,\u201d said Minister Nusron in Jakarta on Thursday. Nusron\nexplained that the service transformation being carried out by ATR\/BPN\nis based on two orientations: certainty and ease for the public. \u201cThe\nspirit of transformation we are undertaking aims to provide certainty to\napplicants. It must be certain, fast, and measurable, but compliance\nmust be maintained,\u201d he stated. This was conveyed during a briefing to\nHeads of Land Offices, Regional Administrators of the Land Deed\nOfficials Association, and several representatives from Regional Revenue\nAgencies who attended both online and offline at the ATR\/BPN Ministry\u2019s\nProna Hall in Jakarta. In addition to providing certainty, Minister\nNusron wants the land service transformation to offer ease, so public\nservices must continuously adapt to the needs of the community. \u201cThe\nsecond spirit is that we want to provide ease to the public,\u201d he said.\nNusron explained that the ministry\u2019s transformation focus is directed at\nthe Scheduled Measurement and Title Transfer systems. Through Scheduled\nMeasurement in the land registration process, the public can obtain\ncertainty regarding a more planned measurement schedule. Scheduled\nMeasurement is targeted for completion within 12 days, with a maximum\nwaiting period of seven days for scheduling. Currently, Scheduled\nMeasurement has been implemented in 400 out of 483 land offices across\nIndonesia. The second transformation set by the ministry is Title\nTransfer, with a completion time of 10 days. The target is for the\nverification process of the Land and Building Title Transfer Fee (BPHTB)\nto be completed by the regional government within three days, and the\npreparation of the sale and purchase deed by the Land Deed Official\nwithin two days. Subsequently, for matters at the land office, once the\npublic has fulfilled all requirements and made payments for the Deposit\nOrder Letter and Non-Tax State Revenue, the maximum completion time is\nfive days. By regulating the time at each stage, the Title Transfer\nprocess is expected to become more certain, faster, and easier for the\npublic.<\/p>",
