        "content": "<p>In a statement here on Sunday, Nurofiq confirmed that the ministry\u2019s\nlaw enforcement deputy has investigated the TPST\u2019s management before the\nlandslide occurred, which resulted in four fatalities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShould someone be held accountable? Absolutely. The Bantargebang\nTPST is owned by the Jakarta Provincial Government. Therefore, it must\ntake responsibility,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He reminded that, under Law No.\u00a032\/2009 on Environmental Protection\nand Management, there are penalties of imprisonment and fines for\noperators who deliberately violate environmental standards, causing\ninjury or death as a result.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince this is under investigation by the Law Enforcement Deputy, we\nwill immediately summon all those who must be held accountable in this\ncase. This involves lives; it cannot be quantified. It is a profound and\nserious issue,\u201d he emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the landslide, he assured that the government would\ncontinue to search for any remaining victims buried under the\ndebris.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the Jakarta Search and Rescue Agency reported that four\npeople had died in the incident.
