        "content": "<p>Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development\nAgus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) has stated that toilet facilities in\nschools included in the rehabilitation and renovation project of the\nBest Results Fast Programme (PHTC) must be given attention as they are a\nbasic necessity. \u201cWhat must not be forgotten and is often left behind is\nprecisely the toilets, the bathrooms, because it is frequently found\nthat schools do not have proper toilets,\u201d said AHY in Bogor City, West\nJava, on Friday. AHY said that school or madrasah infrastructure\ncurrently under PHTC must pay attention to fundamental needs such as\ntoilets, clean water and environmental sanitation. \u201cSchool\ninfrastructure is not only the core buildings such as classrooms,\nlaboratories, and libraries, but also the ecosystem and supporting\nfacilities,\u201d he said. AHY added that the government is also paying\nattention to areas that are truly in need, such as the 3T\nregions\u2014outermost, frontier, and disadvantaged\u2014including border areas.\nAccording to AHY, conditions in these areas are generally the ones most\nin need of attention and assistance from the Central Government. \u201cWe\nwant to improve the quality of education. So later, the available budget\nallocated can be focused on improving facilities that are fundamental in\nnature,\u201d he said.
