Mukhamad Misbakhun, Chairman of Commission XI\nof the Indonesian House of Representatives, confirmed the timeline at\nthe Parliamentary Complex on Friday (5\/6\/2026). He stated that more\ndetailed provisions regarding governance, market structure, and\nsupervisory mechanisms will be outlined in a Financial Services\nAuthority Regulation (POJK), which is targeted for completion within\nthree months after the law comes into effect. Misbakhun also indicated\nthat Commission XI will soon open registrations for the mineral\nexchange\u2019s supervisors and commissioners. He assured that the exchange\nwould be operational on 1 January 2027, with preparations extending\nthrough to full operations.
