        "content": "<p>The MIND ID Group has distributed 5,322 scholarships throughout 2025\nas part of its commitment to building Indonesia\u2019s golden generation\nthrough social investment in education. The programme is run jointly\nwith all members of the MIND ID Group across the company\u2019s operational\nareas. In addition to scholarships, the group also provided learning\nassistance for 13,388 students, training for 408 teachers, vocational\nand skills training for 1,944 people, and the improvement of 389\neducational facilities and infrastructure units. All these programmes\nform part of the company\u2019s strategy to develop superior human resources\nready to support Indonesia\u2019s future development. One of the flagship\nprogrammes is MINDucation: Empowering Coastal Students. This\ncollaboration between MIND ID and PT Timah aims to expand educational\naccess for students in coastal areas and remote islands. Since 2000, PT\nTimah, through the Pemali Boarding School, has provided educational\naccess for high-achieving students from underprivileged families in\nBangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands. To date, the boarding programme\nhas graduated 886 alumni and is nurturing 107 active students studying\nat SMAN 1 Pemali. MIND ID and PT Timah also partnered with Ruangguru\nthrough the MINDucation tutoring programme to enhance students\u2019\ncompetitiveness, preparing them for higher education or entry into the\nprofessional workforce. One Pemali Boarding School student, Andara\nVista, said the programme changed her view of higher education, which\npreviously seemed out of reach due to her family\u2019s economic limitations.\n\u2018Now I receive additional tutoring through MINDucation and live in a\ndormitory environment that greatly supports my growth. My parents\u2019\nburden has become much lighter, and I feel far more confident in\npursuing my dreams,\u2019 Andara said. The programme not only helps ease\nparents\u2019 burden in meeting their children\u2019s educational needs but also\nacts as a catalyst for social inclusion and community economic\nindependence around mining operational areas. Through synergy with the\nEducation Office, MIND ID supports Indonesia\u2019s 2030 Sustainable\nDevelopment Goals (SDGs) targets, particularly the completion of the\n12-year compulsory education programme. Support in the form of dormitory\nfacilities and continuous mentoring is considered capable of increasing\nthe chances for students from remote areas to break the poverty chain\nand contribute to their home region\u2019s development. During the\nMINDucation programme, 72 Year XI and XII students received additional\nlearning assistance to prepare for state university entrance. Of that\nnumber, 27 students, or about 75 per cent, successfully gained admission\nto state universities. Strengthening educational access and improving\nlearning quality are part of the MIND ID Group\u2019s long-term commitment to\nsupporting Indonesia\u2019s human resource development.
