The victory on Sunday earned Crevel the<br>\nchampionship title.<\/p>\n<p>Ananda's finish left him unchanged at fifth in the overall<br>\nstandings, a placing which will allows him to race in the junior<br>\nFormula One next season, a feeder circuit for the world's most<br>\nprestigious auto racing championship.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the day, doctors had suggested that Ananda withdraw<br>\nafter examining his wounded left hand.
