Indonesia currently still faces challenges in diabetes management.\nAccording to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) Atlas 2025,\napproximately 90 per cent of people with diabetes in Indonesia suffer\nfrom Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DMT2), a metabolic disease closely linked\nto lifestyle and dietary patterns.<\/p>\n
Diabetes management also still faces various challenges, ranging from\nfragmented services and a lack of sustainable nutritional guidance to\nlow long-term management success rates. Starting from this situation, Dr\nKelvin Candiago developed an integrated diabetes management ecosystem\nthrough mGanik, which combines medication, nutrition, and monitoring in\nthe 3R Method: Rescue, Reverse, and Remission.<\/p>\n
