The Indonesian people have a powerful unifying motto: Bhinneka
\nTunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). Unfortunately, in practice,
\nthis has not been well implemented.<\/p>\n
In the appointment of someone for a particular position, it
\nstill often happens that one is not judged on the basis of one's
\nprofessional merits such as high dedication, discipline, honest,
\ncreativeness, innovativeness and broad-mindedness.<\/p>\n
In such a situation, one may still consider because of one's
\nethnic group, religion and former university.<\/p>\n

\nregard to a job, it is the qualification of the person doing the

To ensure progress and success, choose people who are highly
\nqualified, irrespective of their ethnic group, alma mater,
\nreligion or sex.<\/p>\n
The only thing that a foreign company considers in recruiting
\nan employee is his qualifications.<\/p>\n
