First, to buy a voucher worth Rp<br>\n250,000 or more exceeds my budget and disturbs my cash flow.<br>\nSecond, I feel that having to open an account with BCA in order<br>\nto enable me to refill my account at Rp 100,000 is an imposition.<\/p>\n<p>If the second alternative is meant to step up the facilities<br>\nof service to subscribers, I readily agree. But it must not mean<br>\nthat Rp 100,000 cards disappear from circulation.<\/p>\n<p>1. If the Rp 100,000 cards are still sold through outlets, how<br>\ndoes Satelindo control their availability? If it is only a<br>\nproblem of supply and demand, couldn&apos;t Satelindo anticipate it by<br>\nassessing the demand at each outlet?<\/p>\n<p>2.
