For the sake of the country and the nation, President Megawati
\nSoekarnoputri must make a clean break with the New Order forces
\nand carry out a total reform agenda.<\/p>\n
If she unites herself with the forces of the New Order, our
\ncountry will go through a protracted disaster and she will
\ncontinuously be criticized by the ordinary people.<\/p>\n
Therefore, she must unite with Sukarno's big family and the
\nordinary people to straighten out history and proceed with the
\ntotal reform. We must all work hard to establish a just and
\nprosperous society true to the aspirations of the Aug. 17, 1945,
\nrevolution.<\/p>\n
If the President fulfills the aspirations of the revolution,
\nshe need not feel any fear or hesitation. The common people will
\nbe united to carry out her command to eradicate collusion,
\ncorruption and nepotism. Assets seized from those involved in
\ncorruption, collusion and nepotism will be used for the benefit
\nof the common people and for the development of the country.<\/p>\n
In this way, the legacy of Megawati and Sukarno's big family
\nwill never be forgotten. And the dignity of Bung Karno, as one of
\nthe proclaimers of the independence of Indonesia, will always be
\nheld in glory.<\/p>\n
