Medan Mayor Rico Tri Putra Waas stated that the activity\ninvolves collaboration with the National Zakat Agency (Baznas) of Medan\nCity and the Indonesian Civil Servants Corps (Korpri). \u201cThis programme\nis a form of the Medan City Government\u2019s commitment to bringing\nhappiness to all layers of society, especially orphaned and\nunderprivileged children,\u201d Rico Waas said in Medan on Wednesday.\nAccording to him, major religious celebrations should be experienced\nwith joy by all societal layers, including orphans. \u201cWe want to ensure\nthat no child in Medan City feels sad during Eid because they do not\nhave new clothes.
