As the operation manager of this<br>\nrestaurant, I would personally like to apologize for the<br>\nunacceptable service you received at our restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>We strive to deliver fast, friendly and accurate service to<br>\nguarantee that each visit you make is a pleasant one. Our goal is<br>\n100 percent customer satisfaction, and our management team works<br>\nto ensure that promise.
