We refer to the letter from Yunita P (Dec. 18, 1996) under the
\nheading McDonald's double cheeseburger.<\/p>\n
Thank you for writing to let us know about your recent
\nexperience at the McDonald's in Pondok Indah (Dwima Area) and the
\nMcDonald's in Melawai. As the operation manager of this
\nrestaurant, I would personally like to apologize for the
\nunacceptable service you received at our restaurant.<\/p>\n
We strive to deliver fast, friendly and accurate service to
\nguarantee that each visit you make is a pleasant one. Our goal is
\n100 percent customer satisfaction, and our management team works
\nto ensure that promise. However, it appears we've let you down,
\nand for that, we apologize.<\/p>\n
We have discussed your experience with our managers and staff.
\nYou can be assured that we are taking corrective action so a
\nsimilar incident will not occur.<\/p>\n
Again, thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to
\nour attention. The only way we can improve is if people who
