        "content": "<p>Joy radiated from the face of Tupon Hadi Suwarno, or Mbah Tupon,\nafter his two certificates were returned. The two certificates, which\nhad previously been transferred to other names, finally came back to\nMbah Tupon following a lengthy process.<\/p>\n<p>The certificates were handed over by the Bantul District Prosecutor\u2019s\nOffice (Kejari). After receiving them back, Mbah Tupon immediately\nperformed a prostration of gratitude.<\/p>\n<p>Observations from detikJogja showed Mbah Tupon, wearing a\nlong-sleeved purple batik shirt, a black peci cap, and dark blue\ntrousers, sitting in front of his house. Subsequently, the Head of the\nBantul Prosecutor\u2019s Office (Kajari), Kristanti Yuni Purnawanti,\napproached Mbah Tupon while carrying the two land certificates.<\/p>\n<p>Kristanti then handed over the two land certificates to Mbah Tupon.\nKristanti stated that each certificate was numbered 24452 in the name of\nTupon Hadi Suwarno and certificate numbered 24451 in the name of Indah\nFatmawati.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBoth were declared by the court judge to be returned to the rightful\nowner, namely Tupon Hadi Suwarno,\u201d she said after handing over the two\ncertificates in Ngentak, Bangunjiwo, Bantul, on Thursday (9\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>After the handover, Mbah Tupon and his wife immediately performed a\nprostration of gratitude while crying. Seeing this, Bantul Regent Abdul\nHalim Muslih, who was nearby, asked Mbah Tupon and his wife to stand up\nagain.<\/p>\n<p>Shortly afterwards, Mbah Tupon and his wife stood up again. Mbah\nTupon then signed the handover minutes for the two certificates using\nhis fingerprint.<\/p>\n<p>Previously reported, seven defendants in the land mafia case with\nvictim Tupon Hadi Suwarno or Mbah Tupon underwent a verdict reading\nsession at the Bantul District Court (PN). One of the verdict\u2019s\ndecisions required the defendants to return Mbah Tupon\u2019s\ncertificates.<\/p>\n<p>The trial was chaired by Gatot Raharjo, with member judges Dhitya\nKusumaning Prawarni and Sisilia Dian Jiwa Yustisia.<\/p>",
