        "content": "<p>Mayor urges good public services<\/p>\n<p>TANGERANG: Tangerang Mayor Wahidin Halim has ordered his<br>\nsubordinates to do their best to provide quality service to the<br>\npublic without expecting rewards.<\/p>\n<p>\"Satisfied residents would appreciate the administration and<br>\nbe willing to pay land and property tax on time,\" he said on<br>\nMonday.<\/p>\n<p>The subdistrict administrations of Petir and Poris Plawad,<br>\nboth in Cipondoh district, were recognized on Monday for their<br>\nsuccess in collecting 100 percent of the targeted land and<br>\nproperty tax before the Aug. 31 deadline.<\/p>\n<p>District head Utun Sobari said Cipondoh itself had only<br>\ncollected as of Monday Rp 731 million (US$82,134) in tax revenue,<br>\nor 82 percent of the targeted Rp 900 million. -- JP<\/p>",
