        "content": "<p>Tangerang Mayor Sachrudin said face-to-face services remain important\nin providing a humanistic approach, therefore the City Government\ncontinues to strengthen the Tangerang City Public Service Mall (MPP) as\nan integrated service centre that is comfortable, friendly, and\nsolution-oriented. \u201cThe humanistic aspect of face-to-face services\nremains important. Therefore, we continue to strengthen the facilities\nand services at the MPP so that the public and business operators\nreceive comfortable and solution-oriented services,\u201d said Mayor\nSachrudin while receiving a visit from the Ministry of Investment and\nDownstreaming assessment team at the Tangerang City Government Centre on\nTuesday. According to him, ease of licensing is an important part of\ncreating a more conducive business and investment climate. Therefore,\nthe Tangerang City Government continues to introduce various\ninnovations, including PBG 10 Jam, Sambut NIB, Sulton, Lintasan, and\nPoint, to provide fast, easy, transparent services that offer legal\ncertainty. \u201cWe continue to strive to produce innovations that reach all\nlevels of business. We present all of this to provide ease and certainty\nfor the public and business operators,\u201d he said. The assessment team\u2019s\nvisit for spot-checking is a follow-up to the previous presentation\nstage of the assessment, as well as a verification process for the\nimplementation of Integrated Licensing Services (PTSP) and Business\nLicensing Services (PPB) in Tangerang City. Mayor Sachrudin also\nexpressed his appreciation to the Ministry of Investment and\nDownstreaming\/BKPM for the trust placed in Tangerang City, which has\nsuccessfully entered the top six nominations for Regional Governments\nwith Very Good Performance in the national PTSP and PPB assessment.\n\u201cTangerang City\u2019s inclusion in the top six nominations is a motivation\nfor us to continue providing the best service to the public and business\noperators. This is not just an achievement, but also an encouragement to\nkeep making improvements,\u201d said Sachrudin. \u201cFor us, licensing is no\nlonger just a matter of documents, but about building trust. We are not\nonly ready to be assessed by numbers, but also ready to prove that\nTangerang City continues to provide ease and certainty in doing\nbusiness,\u201d he stressed. Assessment team member from BKPM, Wishnu W\nSoedibyo, assessed that the facilities and services prepared, especially\nthe Tangerang City MPP, were very good. \u201cThis is my first time in\nTangerang City. This city is very close to the capital and has an\nextraordinary MPP,\u201d said Wishnu.
