        "content": "<p>PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (Maybank Indonesia) has completed the\nprocess of acquiring shares in three financial service entities: PT\nMaybank Sekuritas Indonesia (MSI), PT Maybank Asset Management (MAM),\nand PT Asuransi Etiqa Internasional Indonesia (AEII).<\/p>\n<p>This action is in line with the realisation of Maybank Indonesia\u2019s\nstructure as an Operational Financial Conglomerate Holding Company\n(PIKK), as approved by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).<\/p>\n<p>With the completion of this acquisition process, Maybank Indonesia\nhas begun operating as an Integrated Financial Group. This group unites\nvarious financial services through five entities alongside Maybank\nIndonesia (the Bank\/PIKK), namely Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia, Maybank\nAsset Management, Asuransi Etiqa, Maybank Finance, and Wahana Ottomitra\nMultiartha\/WOM.<\/p>\n<p>President Director of Maybank Indonesia, Steffano Ridwan, stated that\nMaybank Indonesia\u2019s operation as an Integrated Financial Group is a\nsignificant step in strengthening Maybank\u2019s capabilities in Indonesia to\nserve and meet the financial needs of customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith diverse capabilities that are now increasingly integrated,\ncustomers can access a more complete range of Maybank\u2019s financial\nsolutions within a single ecosystem, ranging from banking services,\ninvestment, wealth management, and insurance to various non-bank\nfinancial solutions,\u201d said Steffano in an official statement on Monday\n(14\/09\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Steffano added that the integration of Maybank Indonesia\u2019s financial\nservices allows the Bank and all member entities to further strengthen\nsynergy while optimising the strengths and expertise of each entity to\npresent more comprehensive financial solutions, which ultimately\nprovides added value for customers and stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Maybank Indonesia is supported by the regional\nconnectivity of the Maybank Group, providing customers with access to a\nwider and more connected range of financial solutions across the\nregion.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the integration of Maybank Indonesia\u2019s financial\nservices is part of the implementation of the Maybank Group\u2019s ROAR30\nstrategy to strengthen Maybank\u2019s position as a leading financial\nservices group in ASEAN, while affirming its commitment to the mission\nof \u2018Humanising Financial Services\u2019 which is always oriented towards\ncustomer needs.<\/p>",
