        "content": "<p>Indonesian ride-hailing platform Maxim has recognised the\ncontribution and dedication of more than 50,000 driver partners spread\nacross over 100 cities in Indonesia by distributing Eid bonuses (BHR).\nThe presentation ceremony was held symbolically at Maxim\u2019s head office\nin South Jakarta on Tuesday, 10 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Development Director of Maxim Indonesia, Dirhamsyah, stated that the\nEid bonus distribution represented the company\u2019s appreciation for driver\npartners who have been an important part of Maxim\u2019s journey and\ndevelopment in Indonesia. \u201cWe hope this support can help increase the\nwelfare of driver partners whilst strengthening the good relations that\nhave been built so far,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the Eid bonus distribution was determined based on\nproductivity levels within the application, the quality of service\nprovided to users, and compliance with company regulations. \u201cThis\napproach is carried out individually, taking into account the\nperformance and activity level of each driver, so that the distribution\nprocess can run objectively and on target,\u201d Dirhamsyah said.<\/p>\n<p>The Assistant Deputy for Productivity Enhancement and Labour\nEcosystem Development at Indonesia\u2019s Ministry of Coordination of\nEconomic Affairs, Chairul Saleh, stated that it was important to\nmaintain the welfare of driver partners, particularly during certain\nmoments such as Eid. According to him, the Eid bonus distribution today\nexemplified the social relationship built on the basis of partnership\nbetween the company and driver partners. \u201cWe appreciate Maxim Indonesia\nfor distributing Eid bonuses to its partners before seven days before\nEid. This is support that is very helpful and meaningful for the\npartners,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Labour and Eid Bonus Coordinator at Indonesia\u2019s Ministry of\nManpower, Nurdin Adi, emphasised that attention and recognition of\ndriver partners\u2019 contributions was very important. He welcomed and\nappreciated Maxim Indonesia\u2019s initiative and commitment in providing Eid\nbonuses to driver partners.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe distribution of Eid bonuses is a form of recognition of the\ncontribution of partners in supporting the company\u2019s service operations\nand part of efforts to strengthen better and more inclusive partnership\nrelations in the digital platform-based work ecosystem,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the Non-Scheduled Transport Team at Indonesia\u2019s Ministry\nof Transportation, Elena Yunita, stated that the Road Transport\nDirectorate greatly appreciated this initiative. She hoped that this\nactivity would support the improvement of driver partners\u2019 welfare,\nparticularly those working through the Maxim application. \u201cWith the\nassistance provided today, we hope driver partners can feel the\nbenefits, especially in welcoming Eid,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>One of Maxim\u2019s driver partners, Mujiono, expressed his happiness with\nthe Eid bonus distribution. He, who has been a Maxim driver partner for\nthe past three years, did not expect his hard work over the past year to\nbe appreciated by Maxim.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank God it can help me and my family meet our daily needs.\nEspecially with Eid approaching,\u201d he said. \u201cHopefully in the future\nMaxim can reach more drivers so they can get the same opportunity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Public Policy &amp; Government Relations Specialist at\nMaxim Indonesia, Muhammad Rafi Assegaf, stated that besides Eid bonuses,\nMaxim also provides various forms of support and additional incentives\nduring Ramadan. One form of this support is the distribution of\ngroceries packages to driver partners.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis year, this programme has also expanded and reached more than 50\ndistricts and cities in Indonesia. Groceries distribution is carried out\ndirectly through Maxim branch offices in various regions,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from driver partners, Maxim also operates social assistance\nprogrammes for communities, including groceries distribution to\norphanages and communities in need. This year the programme reaches 15\ncities, with more than 150 orphaned children and people in need as\nbeneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p>Another programme that is also a focus for Maxim is support for\ndriver partners with disabilities. \u201cDuring Ramadan, Maxim applies zero\nto a maximum of one per cent commission for disabled driver partners,\nfor both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. This programme is our\ninitial step towards building a more inclusive ecosystem.\u201d<\/p>",
