Mataram City Government will disburse the annual Holiday Allowance (THR) for civil servants next week following completion of administrative and regulatory procedures, with a total budget of Rp 41 billion—double the Rp 20 billion allocated in 2025.

Mataram City Government (Pemkot Mataram) has confirmed that the
Holiday Allowance (THR) for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) will be
disbursed next week. The disbursement will proceed after all
administrative and regulatory processes have been completed and signed
off.

“God willing it will be distributed before the holiday. However, it
depends on each technical implementing unit (OPD) submitting for
disbursement. Yesterday the Regional Secretary convened all parties and
conducted socialisation regarding the disbursement process,” stated
Muhamad Ramayoga, Head of the Regional Finance Agency (BKD) of Mataram
City, on Sunday (15 March 2026).

Ramayoga explained that THR disbursement will only be made to
technical implementing units that have completed all regulatory
requirements. He noted that THR distribution could be delayed until
after Eid if the relevant units fail to complete the entire process.

“If a technical implementing unit does not process this by Monday,
then the disbursement will be after Eid. So it depends on the technical
implementing units,” he clarified.

Mataram City Government has allocated approximately Rp 41 billion to
pay THR for civil servants this year. This amount is considerably larger
compared to the 2025 civil servant THR which reached Rp 20 billion.

As previously reported, Mataram City Government will also provide THR
to thousands of Part-Time Contract Government Employees (PPPK). This
follows Government Regulation (PP) Number 9 of 2026.

Lalu Alwan Basri, Regional Secretary of Mataram City, stated that the
THR budget for both Full-Time and Part-Time Contract Government
Employees has been allocated since the beginning. Mataram City
Government is currently processing a Mayor Regulation (Perwal) as the
basis for disbursement.

“We are currently processing the Mayor Regulation, and tomorrow we
will coordinate with our colleagues in the technical implementing
units,” said Alwan.
",
