        "content": "<p>Massive jams in Ketapang port<\/p>\n<p>DENPASAR, Bali: An influx of holiday makers is causing massive<br>\njams in Ketapang, East Java, with vehicles queuing for up to<br>\neight hours in to board the ferry across the Bali Strait to<br>\nGilimanuk, Bali.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday long lines of intercity buses, trucks, and<br>\nprivate cars could be seen at the small East Java port, located<br>\nsome 210 kilometers southeast of Surabaya.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight bus passenger Ketut Suarja said that \"many bus<br>\npassengers became impatient and decided to get off their buses,<br>\nboard the ferry and cross individually\".<\/p>\n<p>Antara reported that the school holidays had also prompted bus<br>\noperators to hike their prices by about Rp 10,000.<\/p>\n<p>Suarja said that passengers were being charged Rp 45,000 a<br>\ntrip from Malang, East Java to Ubung bus terminal in<br>\nDenpasar.(10)<\/p>",
