        "content": "<p>The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has revealed that the queue for\ninitial public offerings (IPOs) continues to be dominated by companies\nwith substantial assets. Of the total 12 prospective issuers currently\nin the pipeline, 11 companies are recorded as having large-scale\nassets.<\/p>\n<p>BEI\u2019s Director of Company Valuation, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, detailed\nthat only one company falls into the medium-asset category with a value\nbetween Rp 50 billion and Rp 250 billion. The remaining 11 companies\npossess assets above Rp 250 billion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c1 company with medium-scale assets, between Rp 50 billion and Rp 250\nbillion. 11 companies with large-scale assets, above Rp 250 billion,\u201d\nNyoman stated in his remarks, quoted on Sunday (29\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>In terms of sectors, the IPO queue is distributed across various\nbusiness lines. The breakdown includes three companies from the primary\nconsumer sector, one each from the energy and financial sectors, two\nfrom health, two from infrastructure, two from technology, and one from\ntransportation &amp; logistics.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond IPOs, BEI also notes a dense pipeline for debt instruments. As\nof the end of March 2026, there are 28 issuances from 20 issuers in the\nqueue for Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS).<\/p>\n<p>Cumulatively, BEI has issued 45 emissions from 30 issuers,\nsuccessfully raising a total of Rp 50.87 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo date, 45 EBUS emissions from 30 issuers have been issued, with\nfunds raised amounting to Rp 50.87 trillion. As of 27 March 2026, there\nare 28 emissions from 20 EBUS issuers in the pipeline,\u201d Nyoman\nexplained.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding sectors, the bond queue is dominated by the financial\nsector with 10 companies, followed by six from infrastructure. The rest\ncome from energy, primary consumer, and raw materials sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Exchange also reports one company in the rights issue\npipeline. This company operates in the property sector.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout 2026, up to 27 March, three issuers have issued new shares\nwith a total value of Rp 3.75 trillion.<\/p>",
