JAKARTA \u2013 PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK) has announced that\nits production capacity for hand former products has been fully\nallocated until the second quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n
This situation reflects strong demand from global customers amid\nincreasing economic uncertainty and international geopolitical dynamics.\nIn recent times, global trade has been influenced by energy price\nvolatility, supply chain adjustments, and changes in trade policies\nacross various countries.<\/p>\n
As an upstream component supplier in the global medical glove\nindustry, MARK continues to receive regular production and delivery\nschedules from customers across several regions, including the Americas,\nEurope, and Asia.<\/p>\n
\u201cCustomer demand is proceeding normally. We continue to receive\nregular production delivery schedules, so our production capacity for\nthe coming months has already been allocated,\u201d the company stated in an\nofficial statement on Tuesday, 10 March 2026.<\/p>\n
Hand formers are essential components in the production process of\ndisposable gloves. These products are used in various sectors, ranging\nfrom healthcare services to manufacturing industry and other sectors\nrelated to hygiene.<\/p>\n
Beyond its core business performance, the company\u2019s subsidiary has\nbegun initial deliveries of sanitation products in the form of ceramic\ntoilets to the domestic market under the DYNA brand in the Java region.\nThe initial shipment phase reached thousands of units.<\/p>\n
This step forms part of the development of new business lines beyond\nthe core hand former manufacturing business. The initial delivery also\nmarks the beginning of commercialisation of sanitation products\nmanufactured by the company\u2019s subsidiary.<\/p>\n
MARK CEO Ridwan Goh stated that the initial delivery represented part\nof the company\u2019s business diversification strategy. \u201cThe initial\ndelivery of sanitation products is the first step in business\ndiversification, whilst leveraging the ceramic manufacturing expertise\nthat the company has developed over time,\u201d said Ridwan.<\/p>\n
The company views demand for glove products and their derivatives as\nhaving defensive characteristics because they relate to the healthcare\nsector and hygiene requirements. This is seen as supporting the\nsustained demand for hand former products.<\/p>\n
Since listing shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the\ncompany has consistently distributed dividends to shareholders. Based on\ndividend distribution history through fiscal year 2024, total dividends\ndistributed have reached approximately Rp 729.6 billion.<\/p>\n
With the additional dividend distribution from fiscal year 2025\nperformance, the value of distribution to shareholders has become\ngreater.
