MARI President\nDirector Ade Wahyu Setiawan stated that the funds will be used to\ndevelop MARI\u2019s digital ecosystem, primarily through the transformation\nof the Noice platform. \u201cOne million US dollars will largely be allocated\nto developing MARI\u2019s digital business,\u201d Ade said during the Public\nExpose of MARI\u2019s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) in\nJakarta, Wednesday (24\/6\/2026). Ade noted that this move is part of the\ncompany\u2019s strategy to drive business growth amidst changing media\nconsumption patterns that are increasingly shifting towards digital\nplatforms. According to Ade, Noice will continue to transform from an\naudio platform into an audio-visual platform capable of delivering a\nmore complete content experience relevant to current audience needs.\n\u201cGoing forward, NOICE will continue to transform from an audio platform\ninto an audio-visual, content ecosystem platform, and we are also\npresenting a more complete content experience through audio, video, and\ninteractive formats that align with current audience habits,\u201d Ade\nstated. Ade explained that this transformation is being carried out in\nline with changing digital content consumption trends that increasingly\nprioritise multimedia experiences and higher interaction between users\nand the platform. He outlined that the company\u2019s main focus is not only\non developing technology and content formats, but also on strengthening\nlocal content, which is one of NOICE\u2019s main advantages in the Indonesian\ndigital market. \u201cOur focus is on strengthening local content, expanding\nuser reach, and creating greater value for creators, brands, and\naudiences within one integrated ecosystem,\u201d Ade continued. Through this\nstrategy, Ade is optimistic that MARI can strengthen Noice\u2019s position as\none of the leading digital content platforms in Indonesia.
