This\nappeal case was presided over by Judge Joni, with Budi Susilo and\nBragung Iswanto as members.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSentencing the Defendant to 15 years of imprisonment and a fine of\nRp 600 million, with the provision that if the fine is not paid, the\ndefendant\u2019s assets will be confiscated and auctioned by the prosecutor\nto pay the fine, and if it is not sufficient, it will be replaced with\n150 days of imprisonment,\u201d reads the verdict of the appeal, as seen on\nthe Supreme Court\u2019s Decision Directory page.<\/p>\n<p>Restitution Increased<\/p>\n<p>Marcella was also ordered to pay restitution of Rp 21,602,138,412\n(21.6 billion) or 7 years of imprisonment.
