        "content": "<p>Manila won't send experts to autopsy<\/p>\n<p>MANILA (AFP): A Philippine diplomat said yesterday that Manila<br>\nwill not send Filipino pathologists to Singapore to observe the<br>\nautopsy of a Filipina maid, whose cause of death had earlier been<br>\nquestioned by her relatives.<\/p>\n<p>The diplomat, requesting anonymity, said that the Foreign<br>\nDepartment had received a formal note from Singapore saying that<br>\nManila was free to send its pathologists there \"if the<br>\nPhilippines has any lingering doubts\" on cases involving Filipina<br>\nmaids.<\/p>\n<p>Manila had acknowledged the note but said that it would not<br>\nsend Filipino experts to the autopsy of Angelina Palaming, a<br>\nFilipina maid who died after falling with her ward from the ninth<br>\nfloor of her employer's apartment.<\/p>",
