        "content": "<p>Mangrove suspects' dossiers submitted<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: The dossiers of three suspects in a mangrove felling<br>\ncase were submitted to the Jakarta Prosecutor's Office early this<br>\nweek, Jakarta Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Prasetyo said on<br>\nWednesday.<\/p>\n<p>\"The prosecutors are examining the dossiers and could return<br>\nthem if still incomplete,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>City police have named Francis Moniaga from PT Rainbow Cipta<br>\nUtama ad agency, Agus Suseno from PT Grand Skylindo ad agency and<br>\nPurwadi from toll road operator PT Jasa Marga as suspects.<\/p>\n<p>They were detained after questioning on May 28, but were<br>\nreleased three days later because it was deemed that their<br>\nrelease would not hamper the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The three allegedly played decisive roles in the felling of<br>\n240 mangrove trees along Prof. Dr. Sedyatmo toll road in North<br>\nJakarta in April. The trees were part of the Muara Angke<br>\nprotected forest that helps reduce the impact of annual flooding<br>\nin the area. -- JP<\/p>",
