A man who went viral for dancing at a Nutrition Fulfilment Service Unit (SPPG) has apologised to the Indonesian public and President Prabowo Subianto after claiming to receive a Rp6 million daily incentive from the government under the MBG programme. The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) has suspended his SPPG operations for non-compliance with technical guidelines and issued a stern warning, revealing he owns seven such units, only one of which is operational. The incident underscores the programme's aim to improve child nutrition, not serve as a business venture.

A man who became viral for dancing at the Nutrition Fulfilment
Service Unit (SPPG) has apologised following his actions gaining
traction on social media. He extended his apologies to all Indonesians.
“I apologise, especially as it’s still the Eid atmosphere,” he said in a
video viewed by CNNIndonesia.com on social media, Wednesday (25/3).
Additionally, he apologised to President Prabowo Subianto. “Perhaps the
president feels uncomfortable about the statement, dancing with the MBG
programme,” he stated. His dancing at the SPPG recently went viral on
social media. One reason the man danced joyfully was because he claimed
to receive an incentive of Rp6 million per day from the government. In
one video, the man is seen dancing to music in a room with the BGN logo.
Another video shows him dancing in a kitchen without proper personal
protective equipment. Deputy Head of the National Nutrition Agency,
Nanik S. Deyang, expressed regret over the man’s actions. She admitted
disappointment with the man, who is a partner owning the SPPG. “Clearly,
we are very regretful and disappointed with the partner’s attitude like
that,” she said. Nanik stated that BGN has monitored the man’s SPPG and
temporarily suspended it because it does not comply with technical
guidelines after BGN’s inspection. Additionally, Nanik said she has
assigned the Director of Monitoring and Supervision of BGN to meet the
man and issue a stern reprimand. It was later revealed that he has seven
SPPG points. Nanik said the other six SPPG owned by the man are not yet
operational and will be closely monitored by BGN during the
establishment process until implementation. “So I remember, he said he
got seven kitchens, seven points. But only one is running that has
started. The others are not yet, not running (operational),” said Nanik
to reporters, Tuesday (24/3). This matter has once again come under
scrutiny. Nanik reminded that owning an SPPG is not a business project.
She emphasised that the essence of MBG is to educate the nation’s
children.
",
