        "content": "<p>A man has been permanently blacklisted by KAI Commuter after a video\nof him hanging onto the side of a moving train went viral on social\nmedia. The incident occurred on Thursday, 23 July 2026, on a Commuter\nLine service travelling from Tanjung Priok to Jakarta Kota. Footage\nshows the man, dressed in black and wearing a cap, clinging to the\noutside of the carriage and even throwing a metal hand gesture towards\nthe camera while two security officers watched from inside the train\ndoors. Public Relations Manager of KAI Commuter, Leza Arlan, explained\nthat the man was spotted by security personnel as the train entered\nAncol Station at around 4.48 p.m. Western Indonesian Time. He was\nimmediately detained and taken to the security post for data collection\nand further investigation. The man admitted to being under the influence\nof alcohol and was found to have trespassed onto the tracks without\npermission prior to the incident, having already received a warning from\nofficers. Following the examination, he signed a statement agreeing not\nto repeat the act and was subsequently blacklisted, with his details\nentered into the company\u2019s CCTV analytics database. KAI Commuter\nemphasised that hanging onto the outside of a train or trespassing on\nthe tracks is extremely dangerous and can disrupt operations.
